Just picked this up at Trader Joe’s in Los Angeles. Love the taste. Not too big, but hardly small, it’s a blemd of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Muscat Canelli and Pinot Blanc–and it blends well.
I looked it up on the web and found a few tasters who disagreed with me, but then wine is in the palatte of the beholder, and I like it.
Apparently little is kown about the Paso Robles, California Pancake cellars except that the wine’s put together in a warehouse and made with “dreamy” grapes (you have to read the label on the bottle which notes, “The Chardonnay accentuates the taste of Thai green curry, turkey sandwiches, chicken apple sausage or pesto anything.”
Anyhow for $5 you can’t go wrong.
