The Burger Kitchen,
an upscale burger bistro has taken the popular dish outside the box serving literally thousands of meals since opening its swank Third Street location at Crescent Heights in West Los Angeles in April.
The Dining Diva is dying to sample the fare and will report back when she does.
In the mean time the bistro’s open every day until 11 PM and appeals especially to late nighters
Open until 11 PM seven days a week, the restaurant has been a magnet for late night dinners in search of good eats to assuage club-ravaged appetities.
There’s apparently 26 burgers from around the globe, 20 craft beers by the glass or pitcher and more than 25 l wines by the glass.
The Burger Kitchen is also open for breakfast from 8 – 11 AM (weekends only) dishig out Lobster Benedict burger, pancakes, French toast, English breakfast (bangers, baked beans and eggs) breakfast burgers and Australian breakfast pies (bacon & egg, spinach & egg) featuring a flaky shell prepared in-house.
Chocoholics will love The Chocolate Burger offered on the dessert menu.
Burgers are priced from $9 – $50. Iconic Australian meat pies are served with french fries for $8.
Boasting a playful, bright interior featuring high-backed wooden booths, ceiling fans and hardwood floors, The Burger Kitchen is the newest gourmet eatery on Third Street, one of the trendiest dining corridors in Los Angeles, nestled between the Beverly Center and The Grove.
Famed Australian restaurateur Alan Saffron, known as ‘the secret steak chef of Los Angeles, opened The Burger Kitchen with his son, Daniel, to cater to discriminating diners who want superb quality, enormous selection and everyday prices.
